GMFTC Regular Workout

This program provides a host of different workout styles targeting endurance building along with an extensive range of core strengthening exercises. The combination of these exercises provides maximum benefits to any individual while making the workout regime fun and exciting.

Workout regime is primarily based on Pilates and includes -

GMFTC Body Carving

GMFTC Body carving program was initially designed for clients with restricted body movements due to injuries related to muscle or spinal injuries.It especially came to the rescue for the individuals who were unable to do strenuous cardio workout or attend the regular sessions. Because of its highly effective results in a very short span of time this program was restructured and extended to all clients.

This extensive exercise program is undertaken twice a week and is advisable for faster results.

It includes SGMY exercises(GMFTC exclusive) which is a set of highly intense exercises to facilitate faster weight reduction and toning of muscles. It builds a higher body resistance while reducing the excessive fat.

Knowledge is imparted to the clients to enable them to continue the exercises at home to maintain their body even after the completion of this program.

GMFTC’s “SHAPE-UP” Program

This program helps you get in shape and tones the body. It focuses on reduction of excessive fat at targeted areas of the body.

It also focuses on the overall well being of an individual by maintaining an optimal hormonal level through various exercises. Here, weight reduction is secondary, keeping a well-maintained shape of the body is the primary target. The result is a well-toned and fit body.

GMFTC rejuvenation program is a set of exercises that work on the hypodermis or the lower layer of the skin, the dermis or the middle layer and the epidermis or the upper layer.
Working on all these layers improves the blood circulation, allowing more oxygen and nourishment to reach the cells of the skin. The result is healthy firm skin which has a better ability to absorb moisture.
